Experience: 25 years in sales and management within the plumbing wholesale distribution industry, over 8 years as a manufacturers’ representative with the last 3 years as a principal.

As a Principal of VCM, Tom uses his 25-plus years of experience in the plumbing industry to develop and provide a profitable portfolio of brands based on individual needs. His hands-on approach to product alignments, communication, and training ensures customers are well-informed and supported. While developing new models for business development, Tom oversees internal staff development ensuring the VCM team will always be prepared to offer a fix for today’s problem and a solution for tomorrow. 

 

When Tom is not on the road he enjoys cheering on the Crimson Tide, barbequing, playing a round of golf, and spending time with his family and dogs.
