Experience: 23 years in sales and management within the plumbing wholesale distribution industry, over 6 years as a manufacturers’ representative with the last year as a principal.

As a Principal and VP of Business and Employee Development at VCM Plumbing Solutions, Tom uses his 28-plus years of experience in the Plumbing industry to develop and provide a profitable portfolio of brands based on individual needs.  His hands-on approach to product alignments, communication, and training ensures customers are well-informed and supported.  While developing new models for business development Tom oversees internal staff development ensuring the VCM team will always be prepared to offer a fix for today’s problem and a solution for tomorrow. Tom's territory includes Alabama, Mississippi, the Panhandle of Florida, and Louisiana. When Tom is not on the road he enjoys cheering on the Crimson Tide, barbequing, playing a round of golf, and spending time with his family and dogs.
