Trace earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution from UAB, giving him a strong foundation in supply chain, operations, and distribution strategy. Coming from a family with a strong background in plumbing, he brings practical knowledge of the trade and a clear understanding of the industry’s real-world demands.

He brings a solid work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn — qualities that translate into dependable support for both customers and teammates.

Outside of work, Trace enjoys spending time with his wife and family, valuing the relationships that keep him grounded and motivated.
